Title: Fudge ( Carnation Famous )

2tbButter or margarine
2/3cUndilutecd Evaporated Milk
1 1/2cGranulated sugar
1/4tsSalt
2c(4 ounces) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2cSemi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1tsVanilla etract
1/2cChopped pecans or walnuts

BuHer 8-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constanUy; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Hint For a thicker fudge, use a 7x5-inch loaf pan. (Makes 2 pounds)
